Jacquelyn A. Rygiel-Sprague is an associate attorney with the law firm of Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras, P.C. Jacquelyn has a Law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in Business Administration, where she graduated with honors.  Jacquelyn has such credits to her name as the "Best Presentation" award from the American Inns of Court, she is a member of the National Order of Barristers, and she was awarded to 2000 Crain's Detroit Business "Newsmaker of the Year" award.  Jacquelyn has also been recognized by the State of Michigan with a Special Tribute for her accomplishments.

At Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras, P.C., Jacquelyn specializes in Elder Law which includes estate planning and administration, Medicaid planning and long term care planning.  Jacquelyn also assists individuals and the families of individuals with special needs in planning for their unique needs and circumstances. Jacquelyn has experience with Probate Court proceedings including assisting individuals seeking Guardianship or Conservatorship and their post-appointment responsibilities.

Prior to joining Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras, P.C., Jacquelyn practiced in the areas of personal injury, auto No-Fault and Medical Malpractice.  Jacquelyn has also practiced in the area of family law helping families work toward resolution custody and divorce disputes.  Jacquelyn also has experience with Michigan Drunk Driving cases and Criminal Misdemeanor cases.  In addition to State-wide District and Circuit Courts, Jacquelyn has practiced before the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court.
